Hand-dyed

We are incredibly lucky to be surround by a rich variety of local hand-dyers. We stock a variety of local hand-dyers year-round as well as hosting others through our trunk shows. Keep an eye on our Instagram @theyarncake for new deliveries. And, of course, visit Glasgow School of Yarn to see many of the amazing hand-dyers from Scotland and beyond. 

As no two skeins are the same we offer virtual consults, via Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp for those not able to make it to the store. Please contact 0141 946 5305 to arrange one. 

Please note that all of our hand-dyed yarn is 4ply and arrives in a skein but we do offer a winding service for a 50p surcharge.
